Do I need to be home during the cleaning?Nope! As long as we have access to your space, you don’t have to be there. Many of our clients provide entry instructions or a lockbox code.
Are you licensed and insured?Yes! TurnClean Solutions is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind and ours. All of our employees also undergo background checks, so you can feel confident about who’s entering your space.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?We typically use high-quality, professional-grade products to ensure a deep and effective clean. If you prefer eco-friendly or non-toxic options, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate that upon request (additional fees apply).
How do I book a cleaning?You can call or fill out the booking form on our website. We’ll confirm availability and get you scheduled fast!
Do you bring your own supplies?Yes! We bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. You don’t need to provide a thing—just point us to the mess!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We get it—life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll be happy to work with you to reschedule.
Do you offer one-time cleanings or just recurring services?We offer both! Whether you need a one-time deep clean, a move-out cleaning, or regular weekly service, we’ve got you covered.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept secure online payments, such as credit/debit cards. No cash necessary!
