At TurnClean Solutions, we aim to make things simple, fair, and respectful for both our team and our clients. Please review the following policies before booking:
Payment PolicyWe place a hold on your card for the full cost of the service 1 day before your scheduled appointment.Upon completion of the service, your card will be charged for the total amount.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any potential cancellation fees.
Rescheduling PolicyYou may reschedule your appointment with no penalty if you notify us 24+ hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
If you need to reschedule more than once on short notice, a new deposit will be required to hold your next appointment.
Cancellation PolicyCancellations made 24+ hours in advance will not incur any extra fees.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
If our team arrives and is unable to access the premises within 30 minutes due to no response or unavailability from the client, this will also be treated as a cancellation and 50% of the service cost will be charged.
No monetary refunds will be issued, but a credit may be applied in certain situations, at our discretion.
Extended Service Time
Our services are scheduled based on the information provided by the client during booking. If, upon arrival, our technicians determine that the scope of work requires more time than originally scheduled, additional time may be added at the rate of $50 per hour.
Our technicians will do everything possible to complete the work within the originally scheduled time.
If the scope of work requires more time than booked, additional time may be added with the client’s approval.
Extension of service time is subject to our team’s availability and schedule. If our technicians are unable to extend due to prior commitments, the client may book an additional cleaning appointment to complete the work.
Final discretion regarding the need for additional service time rests with TurnClean Solutions.
Final Inspection PolicyWe encourage clients to complete a walk-through inspection with our team before we leave to ensure everything meets your expectations.
If you're unable to be present, we will take photos or videos of completed areas as documentation of our work.
We do not offer full re-cleans, but spot fix requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if concerns are raised within 24 hours of service.
Unsuitable Work Conditions Policy
TurnClean Solutions is committed to providing quality cleaning services in a safe and professional manner. To ensure the safety of our team and the effectiveness of our services, we require that all homes and properties be in a suitable condition upon our arrival.
If our technicians arrive and find conditions that are unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise hazardous (including but not limited to the presence of animal feces, toxic odors, excessive mold, infestation, or a condemned property), we reserve the right to decline or stop services immediately.
In such cases, the client will be charged 50% of the total service cost to cover time and scheduling. This policy ensures that our team can maintain safe working environments while respecting our clients’ schedules.
