At TurnClean Solutions, we aim to make things simple, fair, and respectful for both our team and our clients. Please review the following policies before booking:
Deposit PolicyA 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable once if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
If the appointment is fully canceled, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling PolicyYou may reschedule your appointment with no penalty if you notify us 24+ hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
If you need to reschedule more than once on short notice, a new deposit will be required to hold your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will not incur any extra fees.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
If our team arrives and is unable to access the premises within 30 minutes due to no response or unavailability from the client, this will also be treated as a cancellation and 50% of the service cost will be charged.
No monetary refunds will be issued, but a credit may be applied in certain situations, at our discretion.
Final Inspection PolicyWe encourage clients to complete a walk-through inspection with our team before we leave to ensure everything meets your expectations.
If you're unable to be present, we will take photos or videos of completed areas as documentation of our work.
We do not offer full re-cleans, but spot fix requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if concerns are raised within 24 hours of service.
